Ricardo Concrete Creations provides concrete services including, but not limited to, driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, pool decks, parking lots, and concrete repair/resurfacing for residential and commercial customers across Mississippi.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed. Prices may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions arise. Final pricing will be confirmed before any additional work is completed.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any project. A deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time; however, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. Ricardo Concrete Creations is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, removing personal items or obstacles before work begins, and ensuring proper permits if required unless otherwise agreed.

6. Workmanship

We take pride in delivering quality concrete work. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal in concrete and do not qualify as defects.

7. Repairs & Warranty

Any warranty, if provided, will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins. Damage caused by weather, ground movement, heavy loads, or improper use is not covered.

8. Liability

Ricardo Concrete Creations is not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property, damage caused by factors outside our control, or normal wear and tear over time.

9. Cancellations

Project cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials purchased and work scheduled.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
